Based on the outskirts of Bristol, Sarah is an illustrator for children’s products and best selling toy designer for a number of leading international toy manufacturers.

 

She has illustrated children’s books for the UK, US and South East Asian markets and currently divides her time between developing her writing and illustrating her own picture books, alongside designing toys and creating line and ink illustrations on her favourite drawing subject – architecture.

Sarah has taken part in exhibitions and art trails over the years, including exhibiting at The National Trust  - Beningborough House, Cotswolds Art Trail, and Hamilton House in Bristol.

​

This series of illustrations and paintings have been inspired by her visits to Buenos Aires over the past few years. The contrast of light and shade with the amazing diversity of architecture sparked a desire to get sketching.

​

When Sarah isn’t illustrating and designing for a living, she can be found co-running an Argentine Tango group, gardening, playing the cello (badly) or occasionally popping up on your TV as a background artist.
